Homeowner Walkthrough & Deficiency Sign Off Report

Once you've completed your deficiencies and would like to complete the Deficiency Sign Off Report, simply follow the below steps to generate the report, add the homeowner signatures, and save the signed document. To complete the report, complete the following steps:

1. Begin on the Units page. Navigate to the unit you'd like to generate the report for and then select "View Details" from the units menu.

2. Select "Deficiencies" from the top right dropdown menu to be taken to the full list of deficiencies logged for that unit. 


3. Next navigate to the "Actions" menu on the right hand side and select "Deficiency Sign Off" from the drop down menu. 


4. The pop-up for the Deficiency Sign Off report will appear with the units' auto-filled details & homeowner information. If you would like to customize which deficiencies are in the report, click "Choose Deficiencies" in the top right hand corner of the window and you will be able to use the checkboxes to select/deselect deficiencies. Note: You will only see deficiencies that are in the "Walkthrough" Type in this option. 


5. Once you've selected the deficiencies, you can have the homeowners add their signatures to the signing boxes and hit "Preview". The Report will generate a preview and if all of the information looks correct, hit "Save" to finalize and generate the report. 
This report can be downloaded using the "Download PDF" button or emailed to the homeowner via "Email Report". 

Once saved, you can access & download the report at any time in Unit Documents. 

To access the report on the mobile app: 

1. Select the unit in the Unit page and then select "Review Deficiencies". 

2. On the Deficiencies page, navigate to the 3 vertical dot menu button (lower right hand) and in that popup menu, select "Deficiency Sign Off". 

3. The report information (unit details & homeowner information) will appear for you to review. You may add signatures to the report using the "Add Signature" buttons below the signee & the homeowner information. The Preview button will generate a copy of the report for you to approve and then select "Save" once complete. 
 

Once saved, the Deficiency Sign Off report will be accessible in the Unit Documents.
