Using the Notifications Centre

To view new notifications regarding new deficiencies, updates, and comments, click the red icon in the top-right corner of your page.

This will display a dropdown list of all current notifications. The ones highlighted in blue represent the unread notifications. Each one can be clicked on, which will bring you to the relevant deficiency form. Clicking on a notification will automatically mark it as read and un-highlight it. 

"Mark all as Read" can be selected to mark all of the unread notifications as read and un-highlight these notifications. You can also turn on "Filter by Unread" to only display the unread notifications. 

Clicking "See All Notifications" from the notification icon will bring you to the full notification centre page. This will display all notifications and also allow you to "Mark all as Read" or "Filter by Unread."
