As deficiencies are created, you will be able to see the analytics for the full project in regards to the inspection.
On the dropdown menu, select "Dashboard." The dashboard page will show data and associated charts for status summary, days old summary, and the supplier task breakdown.
The Status Summary shows a chart representing the spread of statuses across deficiencies. Depending on what the deficiency has been marked as, the status maybe be Accepted, Trade-Reported Completed, Overdue, In-Progress, Not-Started, or Completed. This can help determine which areas may need your attention.
The Days Old Summary demonstrates deficiencies that have not yet been started and the amount of deficiencies in each time period category. This is listed in the number of days since the deficiency was created, as well as quantity and percent of deficiencies in each category. These results will be useful in following up on deficiencies that have been overlooked for long periods of time.
The Deficiencies by Location section shows the amount of deficiencies created for each room. The rooms with their quantity of deficiencies and percentage of the total amount are listed on the right side of the chart. This information can help determine which areas have the most or least amount of deficiencies, which may be useful to your construction team and trades.
Although the default for this section shows deficiencies in all rooms, clicking the "Select Rooms" field will allow you to customize the rooms shown in this graph. Multiple rooms can be selected to be displayed. In the below example, only Kitchen is selected, so only deficiencies from the Kitchen room are shown in the chart, rather than all rooms previously shown.
The Trade Task Status Breakdown shows different trades and the number of deficiencies they have in each status, as well as percentages marking the completed and incomplete totals. Average time taken to complete a deficiency is also provided. This will assist in knowing which contractors to reach out to regarding completing deficiencies and to improve time taken to complete tasks for specific trades.
The full dashboard can be exported by clicking the dropdown "Actions" button at the top of the page and selecting "Export Dashboard."
Once this file is opened, you will be able to view, save, and print all of the analytics charts. The page can be exported at any point in time, which is helpful to compare project statistics throughout the process.
