Through the punch list, you will be able to see all deficiencies created, as well as apply different functions to them.
On the menu options, select "Punch List."
The "Actions" dropdown menu has various functions for the Punch List page. Clicking "Add Deficiency" will bring you to the page where you can record new deficiencies. "Import Deficiencies" will allow you to upload an excel file with deficiency data. "Export Deficiencies" will download an excel file with the deficiencies displayed on your punch list page. You can also click "Delete Selected" to delete the deficiencies highlighted in blue.
These deficiencies can also be selected in bulk by holding the "Shift" key on your keypad and clicking on the desired units with your mouse. The units highlighted in blue determine those units as selected.
To make changes to the columns on your punch list display, move your mouse over the Actions column to see the 3-line icon with dropdown options. Here you will be able to check-off the column fields you want shown in the punch list. Clicking any of these column headers in the list will sort the specified column

As each row on the Punch List displays a deficiency, you will be able to make changes to the items in each column by double-clicking on the item, then selecting from the dropdown menu options. To save the change, simply hit the Enter key.
This function is useful if you need to change the inspection type, deficiency number, unit number, room type, location of deficiency, trade, service representative, and any other items you have filtered in the punch list.
Additionally, for any deficiency, you can click the dropdown icon to the far right, which will give you the option to see its details.
Clicking "See Details" is where you can view the recorded deficiency, as well as edit this if you click on "Edit." Clicking "Go Back to Inspections Table" will take you back to the deficiency list for that unit. The left column displays a list of units, which you can also click on to view its deficiencies.
