Once deficiencies are created and assigned to specific contractors, these contractors can be scheduled dates and times to complete the fix. These events will be scheduled and displayed in your calendar.
To access the calendar, on the dropdown menu tab, select "Scheduling."
This will take you to the calendar page, where a calendar event can be added by clicking on any desired date.
Once you click on the calendar, you can fill in the fields of "Add New Appointment," such as title of the deficiency, unit number, trade, scheduling details, contact information, and notes. Checking off "Notify Homeowner" will allow the homeowner to view the calendar event for their unit.
When this is completed, you can click "Create Appointment" to save this in the schedule and send the calendar event to the given contractor.
As you create events in the calendar, you will be able to view, edit, and delete them by clicking on each event.
