Decor credits given to purchasers will be applied at the time of decor selections and deducted from the total decor upgrade amount, after taxes. If you need the credit to be applied before tax, please reach out to your decor consultant.
On the unit summary page, use the search bar to find the unit you are looking for, then click on the unit to expand the unit's options and navigate to the "Unit Information" tab. If the credit is a dollar amount, edit the "Discount Amount" field to the credit dollar amount. Please enter this amount with NO dollar signs or commas. Once entered, click the "Save Changes" button to apply the discount.
If the credit is a percentage, you can click "Discount Percentage" and enter the percent as a number value, without the % symbol. Once entered, click the "Save Changes" button to apply the updates.
When you proceed with selections and get to the summary page, you will see the amount applied to the total, after taxes.
The decor credit amount will also be visible on the "Upgrade Selection" page of the decor agreement PDF.
