If selections are already COMPLETE for a previously unsold unit, and you'd like to allow a new purchaser to go through the colour selection process, follow the steps below:
- Find the unit on the Unit Summary page
- Click "Reset Selections", this will update the unit's status to ASSIGNED
- Navigate to the Settings tab and click "Unassign", this will update the unit's status to NOT-STARTED which is what we need in order to re-assign the unit.
- Navigate to the Purchaser Info tab and update the name and email fields. Don't forget to click "Save Changes"
- If this info is relevant for the purchase price amendments, navigate to the Unit Information tab and update the purchase price and date fields. Don't forget to click "Save Changes"
- When you're ready for the purchaser to gain access and start selections, click "Send Invitation"
