Homeowners will be given access to their colour selection program after their unit is invited to the online design studio website. This step can be done by inviting one unit at a time or a batch of units at once.
All units that have been onboarded into TIA's backend will start off in the NOT-STARTED status.
To invite a single unit, simply click the Send Invitation button under the unit's Actions and the status will update to INVITED for a new purchaser. If the purchaser already has an existing account under the same email address, the status will show up as ASSIGNED.
Inviting a batch of units can be useful to allow a set of homeowners to access the decor program at the same time, one floor at a time for example. Click the "Bulk Actions" button on the Unit Summary page to open a pop-up. On the Purchaser Invitations tab, you'll see a list of all the units in the NOT-STARTED status. You can select the units you'd like to invite by clicking the unit numbers in the "Units" box, filtering the list using the search bar if needed. The single arrow, ">", will move the selected units to the right side, and the double arrow ">>" will move all units over. Invitation emails will be sent to the units in the "Send to these Units" box when you click the "Send Invitations" button.
