Once payments have been submitted and recorded through the Online Design Studio, you will be able to review and export them.
Click on the "Menu" dropdown option in the top-right screen corner. Then, click on the "Reports" option.
Clicking the "Payments" button will bring you to the page displaying all of the recorded payments from the project. Here you can view all payments processed, along with details, such as date paid, payment option selected, payment method, amount, and all other information within the columns.
If you would like to filter through the items shown in the report, you can click the "Columns" icon and check off which items you would like displayed in the top columns. You can then click the "Export to Excel" button to export and save the report.
If you are looking to search for a specific field, you can type this into the top search bar. Any item within the report can be searched for.
For example, if you are interested in a certain payment method, such as Visa, you can type this in the search bar, and all of the units that paid with visa will appear. This can be done for various fields, such as unit number, date, total amount, payment type, payment method, etc.
The "Export to Excel" button will also allow you to export the results of your search, rather than the entire report.
