Once the project is coming to an end and all of the units have completed the decor selections, you will be able to view and save analytics charts, export reports, and download a zipped folder of documents.
Analytics
To view the analytics of the Online Design Studio project results, select the "MENU" dropdown option at the top right of your screen, then click on the "Analytics" page.
At the top of this page, you will find the number of units completed, sales subtotal, total discounts, total revenue, average unit revenue, and the number of units outstanding.
When you scroll down through this page, you will also see charts displaying various statistics. This will help you determine trends and insights into popular package options, upgrades, payment options, and further interior finish details. You can also scroll your mouse over the charts to see details (percentages and/or dollar amounts) on each item.
If you would like to save any of these charts, you can click the three-bar icon in the right corner, and save in the format of your choice. You won't be able to save all charts at once so make sure that the ones you'll need are saved individually.
Please note that data on the Analytics page does not include tax.
Reports
To export reports from the Online Design Studio, select the "MENU" dropdown option at the top right of your screen, then click on the "Reports" page.
In the "Master Report" tab, you will be able to see a list of all units. You can check off the type of unit status you would like displayed here. If you would only like to view completed units, check off "Complete" and unselect any other statuses.
In the far right column, you can scroll through the options and check off which items you would like displayed in the report. This will determine which what will be generated as column headings and sub-headings. The unit info, purchaser info, financials, and package selection headings are recommended as headings here, but can be unselected or customized items listed as sub-headings.
For the final export before the project is closed out, it is recommended to check off all fields to ensure you have everything saved before losing access to the online platform.
Once you finish selecting the desired items to be shown in the report, you can click the "Export to Excel" button on the bottom left of the screen. This will generate an excel report, which you can save for your records.
Documents
To export reports from the Online Design Studio, select the "MENU" dropdown option at the top right of your screen, then click on the "Documents" page.
After navigating to the "Batch Downloads" tab, you can download zipped folders of all document types using the Download All button for each one.
Final Checklist
Before notifying your Project Manager that you're finished with your TIA subscription, make sure you have the latest version of the following items downloaded and saved.

TIA will always be able to access this information in case any selections need to be changed or if you notice you're missing any of the files listed above. Please reach out to your Project Manager to discuss reactivating your subscription or temporary access if needed.
