Design projects often involve many moving parts—sourcing, approvals, installations, and reviews. The Project Management page allows you to:
- Create and assign tasks to team members
- Set priorities, start dates, and due dates
- Track progress from concept through completion
- Adapt your workflow using different organizational views
You can switch between List, Gantt, and Kanban Board views at any time, depending on how you prefer to manage your work.
See details below on which project management view is best for your project:
List View
The List view displays all tasks in a simple, organized table.
Best for:
- Reviewing task details like status, priority, and deadlines
- Managing administrative or planning-heavy tasks
- Quickly scanning all project activity in one place
This view is ideal when you want a clear, structured overview of everything happening in your project.
Gantt View
The Gantt view shows tasks along a visual timeline.
Best for:
- Planning project phases and milestones
- Understanding how tasks overlap or depend on timing
- Managing longer-term schedules and deadlines
This view is especially helpful for visualizing the overall flow of a design project from start to finish.
Kanban Board
The Kanban Board organizes tasks into status-based columns such as Not Started, In Progress, Pending Review, Deferred, and Completed.
Best for:
- Tracking day-to-day progress
- Seeing workload distribution at a glance
- Collaborating with team members and moving tasks through stages
Tasks can be dragged and dropped between columns as work progresses, making this view highly interactive and intuitive.
How to Add Tasks
Tasks can be added from any view:
- Click + Add Task at the top of the Project Management page, or select + New Task within a Kanban column.
- Enter a Task Name and optional Description.
- Choose a Status, Priority, and assign the task if needed.
- Set a Start Date and Due Date.
- Click Add Task to save.
Your task will immediately appear in all views, ensuring consistent tracking across the project.
A Smarter Way to Manage Design Projects
By combining flexible task views with clear scheduling and status tracking, the Project Management page helps keep design projects organized, transparent, and on track. Whether you prefer lists, timelines, or visual boards, you can manage your workflow in the way that works best for you—while keeping every detail aligned with your project goals.
