Once files are generated through the platform, they can be accessed afterwards. New documents can also be uploaded to a unit's file.
On the home menu dropdown options, select "Units."
Use the top search bar to find the unit you are looking for. Click on the unit to view its dropdown options, then select "Documents." This will first display the document(s) listed under "Generated Files," which you can click on to view and download if needed. You can also search for a specific document using the search bar above.
Selecting "Voided Files" will show any files that have been voided from the unit, if any. Each time documents are regenerated or deleted, the voided document will appear in this section in case it is needed at a later time.
To upload a new file to the unit's documents, select the "Uploaded Files" tab, then click "Upload Attachment." The uploaded files tab will show all files uploaded afterwards, which can also be deleted by clicking the red "Delete" button.
Once "Upload Attachment" is selected, you can drop in the file you wish to upload or search for it through "My Device" or "Dropbox."
Once the file is added, additional files can be uploaded by clicking "Add More."
In order to determine whether the document will show in the Decor Agreement and/or Construction Report, click the pen icon next to the file name. Then select the green "Upload File" button to add this.
This will allow you to check off "Append to Construction" or "Append to Agreements" incase you would like to add this file to one or the other. Both can be checked off if you would like the document to appear in both reports. Ensure to select Save Changes, then Upload File.
