Sending an Invitation
Expanding your team is easy!
Important: Your subscription fee will automatically increase once the invited team member accepts their invitation. The new billing amount will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
You'll need:
- Admin or Owner permissions for your company account to add Team Members
- The email address of the person you want to invite
- An active subscription plan
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Click on the "Team Members" tab in the left sidebar.

On the Team page, click the "Add Team Member" button. Enter your team member details in the form will appear and fill in the following information:
- Email Address (required): Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite
- Role (required): Select the appropriate role from the dropdown:
- Admin - Full access to all company settings and billing
- Member - Standard access to company resources
- Viewer - Read-only access
- Custom Message (optional): Add a personal message to the invitation email

Before sending the invitation, you'll see a billing notification to review your new payment:
- Current monthly/annual cost
- Cost per additional team member
- New total after the invitation is accepted
After clicking "Send Invitation", you'll see a confirmation message that the invitation has been sent. The team member's status will appear as "Pending" in your team list. You can resend or cancel the invitation at any time before it's accepted. You'll receive an email notification when the invitation is accepted. If the invitation is not accepted within 30 days, it will automatically expire and no charges will be incurred. You can always resend expired invitations.

Managing an Invitation
To Resend an Invitation
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the pending invitation in the list
- Click the ⋯ (three dots) menu next to the invitation
- Select "Resend Invitation"

To Cancel an Invitation
- Go to Settings > Team
- Find the pending invitation in the list
- Click the ⋯ (three dots) menu next to the invitation
- Select "Cancel Invitation"
- Confirm the cancellation
Troubleshooting
The team member didn't receive the invitation email
- Check that the email address was entered correctly
- Ask the new memeber to check their spam/junk folder
- Resend the invitation from the Team page
- Ensure the email isn't blocked by their email provider
The invitation link expired
Invitation links expire after 30 days for security reasons. Simply resend a new invitation from the Team page.
I can't see the "Invite Team Member" button
- Verify you have Administrator or Owner permissions
- Check if you've reached your plan's team member limit and consider upgrading your plan if necessary
The new team member can't access certain features
Review their assigned role and permissions. You can edit their role at any time from the Team page by clicking on their name and selecting "Edit Permissions".
