With your TIA Admin account, you can edit prices and products for a single unit without affecting any others. This a good way to note custom changes that were agreed upon and have the purchaser sign off on them with their legal agreement.
Editing a material name and price can be done 2 ways:
- while going through the virtual decorator - right-click the material you want to customize
- on the summary page
Either option will open a popup where the name and retail price can be edited and saved. In this example, we're adding the description and retail price for a Chevron installation pattern flooring. Make sure that the Price value is entered as a number only with no dollar sign ($) or commas (,).
When "Save Changes" is clicked, the Name and Price are updated and the description is shown in red text.
The notes in red will also be carried over to the legal agreement and construction scheme documents so that all parties are aware of the custom change.

If you need to edit a price or name for a COMPLETE unit, you can change the unit's status to IN-REVIEW on the Unit Summary page, follow the steps here.
