Work orders can be generated directly from the system and sent out to the necessary suppliers.
On the dropdown menu tab, select "Work Orders." This page will show a list of work orders as they are generated. To create a new work order, click on "Generate Work Orders."
You will need to select which units, trades, deficiency types, and deficiency statuses you want included in the work order. You can either click on the top "Choices" checkbox to select all units under the category, or select checkboxes individually for the desired unit.
Once completed, you can select "Generate Work Order."
Once you have generated a work order, you will see it listed on the "Work Orders" page, which is accessible from the menu dropdown or by clicking "Back to Work Orders."
From here, specific work orders can be searched for by trade or unit using the "Filter By" option. You may also click on any of the top categories to sort in order. Once you find the work order you are looking for, you can select the "Action" dropdown for its options. Here you will be able to preview the work order, download it as a PDF, send it to the trade directly by email, and delete it from the list.
